Answers organized around the work carriers and shippers actually need to do.
Where a business policy has not been supplied, the answer directs the visitor to confirm it rather than inventing a rule.
Carriers
Start with the Carrier Setup page and submit accurate company, contact, authority and equipment information. Submission is a request for review, not an automatic approval.
The equipment shown on the website is controlled by the administrator. If your equipment is not listed, contact 360 before assuming it is supported.
That depends on current business policy. The theme does not publish a yes/no answer until the company verifies the policy.
Freight
Use the Available Freight page. Published load records are administrator-created; when none are shown, send truck availability instead.
Confirm origin, destination, pickup and delivery timing, equipment, shipment requirements, rate documentation and the operational contact.
No. Freight status can change. Availability and commitment should be confirmed directly in the applicable written load communication.
Documents & Payments
Follow the contact or document submission instruction provided for the load. If you do not have it, use the published operations contact to confirm the correct destination.
Those items may require supporting documentation and are governed by the applicable agreement, rate confirmation or written business policy.
Payment terms should be published only after the business verifies them. Until then, confirm them in the applicable agreement or directly with 360.
Shippers
Use the For Shippers form with origin, destination, timing, equipment, commodity, weight and special requirements.
The website does not claim nationwide coverage unless the business verifies that service area. Contact 360 with the actual route for a useful answer.
